Reciprocity with Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Rhode Island. Here are the steps to real estate license reciprocity in Florida: You must be at least age 18 and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. You cannot be a Florida resident at time of application.
Reciprocity:Alaska has full reciprocity with other states. Applicants who have held their license a year or more with 24 months of experience within the past 36 months may practice in Alaska if they pass the Alaska portion of the real estate exam.
Oklahoma Real estate reciprocity is referred to as a “non-resident agreement” in the state of Oklahoma. If you have held your current license for less than one year, you will be required to complete the state section of the AMP exam as a bare minimum, as well as other sections if applicable.
In 2014, Florida and Illinois signed reciprocity agreements (Florida calls it “Mutual Recognition”). If you have a valid real estate license in either state, you can get the other license simply by passing the State portion of their State exam (currently a 40-question state-specific exam).
